Elevate Counseling is looking to hire an experienced couples therapist! Caseload will be 30-50% couples depending upon your tolerance for the number of couples you see. The rest will individual clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Improve Relationships: Work with couples and adults to enhance communication, connection, and intimacy.
- Manage Caseload: Maintain a caseload of 22 sessions per week, ensuring each client receives personalized and effective care.
- Accurate Diagnosis: Use the DSM to diagnose accurately and plan appropriate treatment for clients.
- Ethical Practice: Uphold all professional and ethical responsibilities associated with your counseling license.
- Professional Development: Demonstrate an open mind and willingness to learn, appreciating diverse multicultural experiences.
Qualifications
- Educational Background: Hold a Master's degree or above in clinical mental health, marriage and family therapy, or social work.
- Licensing: Must be licensed to practice counseling in the state of Illinois.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in working in private practice, or other behavioral health center.
- Availability: Willing and able to work evenings and/or weekends to accommodate client needs.
