Elevate Counseling is looking for a talented therapist to join our happy and growing practice! Specifically we are looking for a therapist willing to see teens and adults presenting with a wide variety of concerns.

Key Responsibilities

• Improve Mental Health: Work with teens and adults to enhance mental health, gains insights, provide effective coping strategies
• Manage Caseload: Maintain a caseload of 22 sessions per week, ensuring each client receives personalized and effective care.
• Accurate Diagnosis: Use the DSM to diagnose accurately and plan appropriate treatment for clients.
• Ethical Practice: Uphold all professional and ethical responsibilities associated with your counseling license.
• Professional Development: Demonstrate an open mind and willingness to learn, appreciating diverse multicultural experiences.

Qualifications

• Educational Background: Hold a Master's degree or above in clinical mental health, marriage and family therapy, or social work.
• Licensing: Must be licensed to practice counseling in the state of Illinois.
• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in working in private practice, or other behavioral health center.
• Availability: Willing and able to work evenings and/or weekends to accommodate client needs.
