Scope of the Role

The Influencer & Affiliate Marketing Coordinator (TikTok) supports the company’s TikTok affiliate and shop campaign initiatives, with a focus on creator communication, campaign logistics, and affiliate engagement. This entry-level role assists with the smooth execution of TikTok Shop campaigns and affiliate program operations. The Coordinator will work closely with internal teams and external creators to support revenue-driving initiatives while gaining hands-on experience in influencer and affiliate marketing.

Reporting Structure

The Influencer & Affiliate Marketing Coordinator (TikTok) is a member of the Brand Team and reports to the Senior Influencer & Affiliate Marketing Manager. This position also partners with cross-functional stakeholders and leaders within the organization.  

Essential Functions & Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations of the TikTok affiliate program, including creator communication and campaign tracking.
• Assist with onboarding new affiliates by coordinating communication, sharing resources, and ensuring smooth setup in TikTok Seller Center.
• Maintain clear, ongoing communication with affiliates regarding promotions, campaign details, and incentives.
• Assist with TikTok Shop campaign execution, including product selection, content needs, and timing.
• Provide logistical support for TikTok LIVE sessions and shop activations.
• Monitor creator engagement and assist in tracking affiliate performance metrics.
• Assist in compiling performance updates and sharing highlights with the Brand and Channel teams.
• Support campaign reporting by organizing data for review.
• Ensure all creator-facing communication reflects brand voice and campaign goals.
• Assist in gathering feedback from affiliates and creators to improve processes and strengthen partnerships.

Qualifications & Required Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in marketing, influencer/affiliate programs, or campaign coordination (internship or entry-level experience welcome).
• Familiarity with TikTok and interest in influencer/affiliate marketing.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working with data to track and report on campaign performance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with affiliate/influencer platforms a plus.
• Self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
