To support that challenge, the Product Safety department is currently seeking a Laboratory Operations intern in Greensboro, NC. As an intern on the Operations team, you will help to support and establish laboratory processes to ensure compliance and build in efficiencies to existing ways of working.

Estimated Duration: May 2026 – August 2026
You will:
- Support laboratory operations within the Product Safety team
- Collaborate closely with the laboratory coordinator to support sample disposal and inventory management activities in our sample processing facility
- Help to develop the capability to weigh out processed bulk samples for shipment to our contract research organization partners
What you must have:
- Enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program in Chemistry, Biology or other science related field.
- Experience with the safe handling of samples and inventory management systems
- Excellent analytical laboratory skills inclusive of adherence to safety protocols and procedures
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English)
- Aptitude with electronic word processing, spreadsheet and presentation systems, as well as comfort in using electronic systems and databases
