About the Role:

Family Circle of Care (FCC) is seeking a compassionate and skilled Two Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) to join our care team. This role provides direct patient care, supports providers, and helps ensure our clinics deliver high-quality, patient-centered healthcare.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide clinical care under the direction of RNs, Nurse Practitioners, and Physicians

  • Intake and exit patients, obtain vital signs, and document findings in EMR

  • Administer immunizations and medications as ordered

  • Collect and process lab samples (urine, blood, sputum, etc.)

  • Monitor patients for reactions to treatments/medications and report to provider

  • Assist with nursing telephone triage and patient follow-up calls

  • Maintain and order medical supplies, including vaccines and reporting to the State of Texas (VFC program)

  • Support Site Manager with daily operations, workflow coordination, and staff scheduling assistance

  • Educate patients on care plans, test results, and next steps

  • Participate in team huddles, quality improvement initiatives, and compliance programs

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • Education/Experience: Associate’s degree or completion of Vocational Nursing program; 1+ year of clinical nursing experience preferred

  • License/Certifications: Current LVN license in Texas and active BCLS Healthcare Provider card (renewed every 2 years)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Skills: Strong communication, patient service, and organizational abilities; EMR experience required (EPIC preferred); proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

  • Other:

    • Must be able to lift/move up to 50 lbs. and work in a clinical environment with exposure to infectious materials

    • Bilingual Preferred
