As a Client Reporting Specialist on Ridgeline’s Customer Experience (CX) Back Office Consulting team, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how our customers experience reporting on our modern cloud-native platform. You’ll become an expert in Ridgeline’s Client Reporting system—powered by Logi Report Designer—gaining hands-on experience building and customizing reports during our most complex implementations. Your work will help ensure customers can access accurate, timely, and visually compelling reports to meet their business needs. Using cutting-edge technologies, including AI tools like ChatGPT, you’ll streamline reporting processes, expand Ridgeline’s standard report catalog, and collaborate across teams to drive innovation and efficiency.
As your skills grow, so will your responsibilities—from mentoring peers to improving internal training resources and evolving best practices. This is an exciting opportunity to become a key player in Ridgeline’s data and reporting ecosystem.
What will you do?
Support complex client reporting implementations, addressing nuanced needs and delivering customized solutions
Learn and develop expertise in Ridgeline’s Client Reporting solution, with hands-on experience using Logi
Collaborate with product and development teams to enhance and expand the standard client report catalog
Build specialized reports for our most unique and complex implementations
Develop and deliver training materials to empower team members to create and maintain client reports
Identify opportunities for process improvement and scalable solutions to enhance the client reporting function
Grow into a leadership role by providing strategic oversight and mentorship to partners and supporting internal hiring and team development
Contribute to the strategic growth and innovation of Ridgeline’s reporting capabilities

Desired Skills and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
1–2+ years of experience in software, fintech, data analytics, or investment management technology
Familiarity with reporting or BI tools (e.g., Logi, Tableau, Power BI)
Ability to work independently with general direction and guidance
Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams, including product and development
Innate curiosity and proven ability to learn new software technologies quickly
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong time management and the ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic, evolving environment
Clear and confident communicator, capable of explaining complex technical concepts
Proficiency in Google Apps and/or MS Office Suite, especially Excel
Serious interest in having fun at work
Bonus
Familiarity with client reporting in asset management, including client statements and portfolio-level reports
Exposure to project management concepts or SaaS implementation experience
Understanding of financial markets and institutional/HNW investment workflows
Awareness of Agile principles and software development lifecycles
Experience with Slack, JIRA/Confluence, and professional services tools like Kantata
Basic understanding of AWS, APIs, and serverless technology
Interest in pursuing advanced industry designations such as CFA, CAIA, or CIPM

Compensation and Benefits
The cash compensation amount for this role is targeted at $73,000 - $110,000 OTE. Final compensation amounts are determined by multiple factors, including candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amount listed above.
