Art Specialist Representative - Contact Center chez D2G Group

Art Specialist – Fall River, MA (Full-Time, 40 hrs./wk.)

The D2G Group is looking for a creative and customer-focused Art Specialist to support our clients with artwork needs and help them grow their business. You’ll review and create custom designs for products like tradeshow displays, signage, banners, and flags—all while delivering top-notch customer service via phone, chat, and email.

What You’ll Do:

• Review, edit, and create customer artwork.

• Provide electronic proofs and print-ready files.

• Resolve customer artwork issues and offer guidance on product specs.

• Collaborate with design services and production teams.

• Participate in hands-on training during a 1–2 week onsite program in Fall River.

What We’re Looking For:

• College degree in Graphic Design. (preferred) 

• 2+ years Adobe Creative Cloud experience.

• 2+ years customer service experience.

• Creative, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy.

• Familiarity with large format digital printing a plus.
