Job Purpose & Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire lifecycle of software projects within the payment’s initiative, from initiation to delivery. This includes planning, execution, and closing phases, ensuring projects meet time, budget, and quality standards.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing expectations and ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Partner closely with engineering teams to define technical requirements, manage dependencies, and ensure scalable architecture decisions
- Drive alignment across product, engineering, QA, and compliance teams to ensure successful delivery of payment solutions.
- Coordinate developers, testers, and other key stakeholders, fostering collaboration and ensuring smooth project progression.
- Promote continuous improvements in project management and software development processes by adopting best practices and ensuring adherence to industry standards.
- Manage project budgets, monitor costs, and ensure efficient resource utilization, contributing to the overall financial health of the projects.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely resolution of issues to minimize their impact on project deliverables
- Regularly report project status to management and ensure all projects comply with relevant regulations and standards.
- Other reasonable directives, responsibilities and activities may change or be assigned at any time with or without notice.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by manager.
Minimum Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- At least 5-years of experience in project management, preferably in the technology and payments industry.
- Payments industry experience mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) and tools (e.g., JIRA, Microsoft Office).
- Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to manage diverse teams and excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work under pressure while maintaining clear strategic focus.
- A flexible approach to managing complex projects in a dynamic and changing environment.
- Direct experience with payment systems and an understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in the payments landscape.
- Advanced degree preferred.
Specific Professional Skills/Competencies:
- Familiarity with software development tooling (e.g., GIT, Jenkins) and experience in managing software delivery projects.
- A proactive attitude towards identifying and implementing improvements in project management and software development processes.
- Demonstrated business ethics and a professional demeanor, leading by example and fostering a positive work environment.
Physical Demands
- Ability to lift up to OSHA single person lift requirements.
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, or walk for prolonged periods of time.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
- Must be able to work a standard full-time schedule.
- Must be able to work a hybrid schedule, in the Milpitas office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

Elo Touch Solutions offers a competitive total compensation package. Benefits include Health, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Paid Vacation, 401K, Long and Short-Term Disability, and Tuition Reimbursement. Starting compensation for this role typically ranges between $118,800.00 - $149,500.00 annually is commensurate with experience relative to the position and may vary based on candidate geographical location.
