Sr. Instructional System Designer (ISD) chez TMB, Inc

• Candidate will provide training support within ASN(RD&A) to assist in developing lessons learned and best practices to share across the Department of the Navy (DON) to improve training outcomes.

• Master’s degree in Instructional System Design.
• 10 years of experience in developing instruction curricula, ideally related to Navy acquisition and sustainment activities.
• Experience in the following learning theories: ISD Instructional System Design (ADDIE or similar), Andragogy, Bloom’s Taxonomy, Gagne’s Nine Events of Instruction, Experiential Learning, Collaborative Constructivist Learning, Problem-based Learning, & Cognitive Theory of Multimedia Learning.
• Must be a United States citizen.
• Must possess an active DOD Secret security clearance.
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Outstanding verbal and written communications skills.
• Ability to perform frequent internal and external customer interface including regularly scheduled and ad hoc meetings.
• Ability to travel reasonable distances (up to ½ mile one way) to meet with customers or other company personnel in the execution of job functions.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds in order to carry a laptop, notebooks, papers, binders and other tools and equipment required in the execution of job functions.
