Help shape the future as a Digital Analytics Performance Specialist
Join the largest general insurance group in Australia and Aotearoa New Zealand. We’re a top-tier ASX-listed company helping to make the world a safer place through creating a stronger and more resilient business and enabling our portfolio of iconic insurance brands.
Your Role
As a Digital Analytics Performance Specialist, you’ll work closely with your squad and the wider business to uncover insights that improve the customer experience. By analysing digital performance and customer journeys, you’ll identify pain points and opportunities, turning data into actionable recommendations. You’ll be a trusted subject matter expert, proactively advising stakeholders, leading deep dives, and helping shape new and optimised experiences that drive meaningful outcomes.
In this role, you’ll develop and deliver insightful reporting that provides a clear, data-driven view of digital performance. You’ll analyse customer journeys to identify opportunities for improvement, helping the business reduce friction and increase digital adoption. With a strong understanding of how digital performance connects to broader business outcomes, you’ll coordinate responses to performance-related requests and deliver dashboards with actionable insights. You’ll lead test-and-learn strategies to optimise campaigns, pages, and features, while assessing the impact of digital initiatives. Working closely with stakeholders, you’ll define business needs, prioritise user stories, and explore alternative solutions using best-practice methodologies. You’ll also identify system or data limitations, share digital analytics and tagging best practices, and ensure all work aligns with privacy, security, and regulatory standards.
This is a full time, permanent role and we welcome applicants from all major cities across east coast of Australia.
