IT- Senior Analyst – SAP MM -Integra VMD - FIP
Responsibilities:
- Provide functional input and guidance to technical teams (ABAP, Basis, etc.) in evolutive and business as usual activities. Show case techno-functional expertise eliminating the need for abaper
- Be business-oriented: understand the business processes and needs, translate these needs into IT solutions.
- Responsible for managing L3/ L2 incidents in SAP MM and its integration with Ivalua and S/H hana system for vendor integration
- Team collaboration: You will be part of an extended team with team members in Europe and India, supporting the delivery of change requests for our business. This involves analyzing technical impact, defining technical solutions, providing estimates and planning, and ultimately implementing and testing change requests.
- Quality: Manage the quality of functional analysis and incident resolution to business
- Testing Support: Support both business and IT testing to ensure solutions meet the required standards and function effectively.
Requirements
Required Skills:
1. Overal 6 years experience with SAP MM techno-functional (4+ years experience)
Expertise in configuring vendor management workflow in SAP MM to on boarding vendors, and should be able to trouble shoot the all integration related issues with vendor management tool.
2. Vendor Lifecycle Management (3 years experience)
Experience in overseeing the entire vendor lifecycle, from identifying potential vendors and conducting due diligence to contract negotiation and ongoing vendor performance evaluation.
Ability to optimize vendor performance by setting clear expectations, monitoring KPIs, and conducting regular performance reviews.
