Your Tasks

  • You will be the driving force behind the evolution of our Retail Module, translating complex business challenges into innovative, scalable technical solutions
  • You will own the architectural design, ensuring our Retail Module is robust, secure, and aligned with our long-term strategic goals
  • You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding our team and our stakeholders on best practices and the art of the possible within the Retail industry solution: Retail Service Management, Retail Portal, Mobile App for Retail as well as the CSM-based Module Field Service Management
  • You will build and present comprehensive solution designs, including architectural diagrams, component specifications, and technology choices
  • You will perform architecture and engineering activities, working closely with product managers and engineers to ensure a clear understanding of project scope and deliverables
  • You will be technically responsible for IT solutions on our internal ServiceNow application suite used worldwide, specifically working in the Retail Service Management Module and Field Service Management Module in close contact with ServiceNow colleagues
  • You will create and maintain technical documentation for configurations, customizations and integrations
  • You will stay updated with ServiceNow releases and new features, ensuring best practices are applied

Your Profile

  • Experience with ServiceNow as a Developer, Architect or Technical Product Manager in the Customer Service Management (CSM) module
  • You already have professional experience in IT projects at enterprise level
  • Certification as ServiceNow Certified Customer Service Management (CSM) Implementation Specialist is nice-to-have
  • Business Fluent in English, German language skills are a plus
  • Very good communication skills
  • Open to learn and develop your skills on the job
  • Like to be an all-rounder that can do technical consulting, development and architecture
