Position Overview:
The Data Analyst will help lead innovation through a data-driven, business-oriented mindset in data analytics, including mining, cleansing, and visualization to transform data into goal-oriented reports that drive growth. This position will closely with internal stakeholders to identify analytical demands and the visualization of those demands. The Data Analyst will identify opportunities, propose projects, develop solutions, and lead those solutions through modern/agile best practices.
In supporting the longevity and outlook of HCP, the Data Analyst will bring their skills and talents to a role where they’ll have the opportunity to make an impact on a huge scale. This position will participate in strategic planning conversations to inform platform goals and priorities, while ensuring compliance within the analytics suite.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Analysis of disparate data sources and creating solutions aligned with business goals.
- Streamline data collection methods to create automated and easy-to-use routines.
- Support and contribute to data collection efforts, as needed.
- Verify data quality to ensure accurate analysis and reporting.
- Automate manual reporting processes.
- Prepare reports on a scheduled cadence and provide to internal and external stakeholders to utilize for business decisions.
- Development of data visualization tools customized to product and client needs.
- Collect, organize, and clean data from various sources.
- ETL development and understanding of data warehousing concepts.
- Collaborate with team members, including engineers to determine areas of improvement in relation to data.
- Work across internal and external teams to define key metrics, track metric progress, investigate changes in metrics, and propose next steps.
Qualifications & Software/Technology:
- 3+ years’ experience developing complex data models & visualizations.
- 3+ years' experience with data transformation tools.
- 3+ years' experience with data visualization tools.
- Experience with AI (Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, etc.)
- Experience in statistical modeling language (R or Python) and model development
- Experience in statistical software (Excel, SAS, SPSS etc.)
- Experience with Speaker Bureau or KOL interactions is a plus
- Experience with Veeva is a plus
Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or work experience equivalent

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $41,400.00 - $103,300.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time).
