About the position
Location: Bengaluru, India

The purpose of the team is to efficiently manage day-to-day operations as per the agreed Target Operating Model and RACI matrix. In this 3-tier model, the team plays a pivotal role in managing the process along with internal/external stakeholders and driving continuous improvement to achieve the best outcome for the company.
So, what does it take to be successful in this role?
Lead P2P Operations & Team Performance
Partner with the BPO Manager to drive efficient service delivery and team performance.
Improve KPIs, controls, and policy compliance through collaboration with stakeholders.Process Excellence & Documentation
Lead continuous improvement initiatives and ensure process flows and roles are well documented.
Act as a process expert to assess change impacts across people, process, and technology.Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Manage relationships with Global Process Owners, Procurement, and Finance leaders.
Collaborate across functions including Supply Chain, Planning, Treasury, Tax, and IT.Technology & Process Optimization
Use SAP Ariba, S4 HANA, Concur, and RPA tools to enhance automation and accuracy.
Experience with ARIBA modules like E-Invoicing, Auto GR, Catalogue Management, and Sourcing is a plus.Indirect Procurement & P2P Expertise
Deep knowledge of Indirect Procurement, PO workflow, GR, T&E(Concur), Corporate Cards, and Helpdesk.
Strong understanding of end-to-end P2P processes and optimization opportunities.
