Job Summary
The Sr. Administrator for Tools & Automation plays a crucial role in providing advanced technical support and troubleshooting within the organization. This position is essential for ensuring a seamless operational environment and maintaining a strong security posture, ultimately contributing to positive customer feedback and satisfaction.

(1.) Key Responsibilities
1. Provide Advanced Technical Support And Troubleshooting For Solarwinds Ncm And Powershell, Ensuring Compliance With Quality Standards And Regulatory Requirements.

2. Conduct Root Cause Analysis For Complex Incidents Escalated By Analysts, Implementing Effective Solutions To Resolve Technical And Security Issues Efficiently.

3. Enhance Operational Efficiency By Managing And Updating The Knowledge Base, While Training And Coaching New Analysts To Foster Skill Development.

4. Resolve Complex Tickets Within Agreed Slas By Collaborating With Cross-Functional Support Teams, Ensuring Seamless Operations And Maintaining A Robust Security Posture.

5. Drive Customer Satisfaction Through Effective First Call Resolution And Minimizing Rejected Resolutions Or Reopened Cases, While Proactively Mitigating Potential Security Threats.

Skill Requirements
1. Advanced Proficiency In Solarwinds Ncm And Powershell For System Administration And Automation.

2. Strong Knowledge Of Python For Scripting And Automation Tasks.

3. In-Depth Understanding Of Troubleshooting Methodologies And Root Cause Analysis Techniques.

4. Familiarity With It Service Management Principles And Practices.

Certification
1. Optional But Valuable Certifications: Solarwinds Certified Professional, Itil Foundation, Or Related Automation And Security Certifications.
