About the Role

As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in identifying, analysing, and documenting improvement opportunities across various business lines and functions. Your insights will directly contribute to enhancing operational efficiency, automating manual processes, and ensuring the successful implementation of change initiatives.

You’ll collaborate with Business Unit Management, Process Owners, Agile Product Teams, IT Stakeholders, and external vendors to identify and implement optimisation and automation opportunities.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience

  • A degree in Business Commerce or Information Technology (Required).
  • Experience:
    • 1–2 years in business analysis and process improvement.
    • 1–2 years in project management and financial modelling.
    • Total: 3 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse business processes to identify pain points and automation opportunities.
  • Recommend and implement solutions using workflow and automation technologies.
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses to map current processes and propose enhancements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to assess risks and ensure compliance.
  • Track and report on project performance and business impact.
  • Engage with vendors and internal teams to design and deliver optimal solutions.

  • Interact proactively with others for the purpose of continuous knowledge sharing; and integration of own new knowledge.
  • Contribute positively to own area-specific knowledge improvement associated with area of specialisation.
