In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the execution of integrated marketing programs and campaigns. What you'll do:
As a Campaign Marketing Coordinator Intern, your key area of responsibility will be coordinating marketing campaign programs and associated go-to-market launch activities, including tracking and managing workflow activities within a project management platform, assisting with reporting on activity performance, contributing to refreshing aging content on Geotab.com and various content types. You will work closely with the corporate and segment marketing campaign managers, content marketing team, product marketing, marketing operations and marketing automation team, as well internal business partners.
To be successful in this role, you will be a very organized self-starter with strong written and verbal communication skills, have the ability to understand complex projects, be flexible to pivot and work quickly when challenges arise and have strong critical thinking for effective problem-solving. In addition, the successful candidate will have analytical and project management skills with an ability to identify needs, develop effective solutions and manage projects and workflows through to completion. The successful candidate will also be able to manage multiple timelines and contrasting priorities to ensure timely results.
The opportunity:
- 8-month work-term, beginning January 2026.
- Full-time, paid internship: Monday - Friday, 37.5hrs/week.

How you'll make an impact:
- Coordinate brand and corporate campaign activities: Assist in the planning and execution of segment marketing programs and corporate campaigns, including supporting go-to-market launches, e.g., concept ideation, creative input, online/offline tactic execution with internal design/agencies/media buys, and web teams, scheduling meetings, coordinating resources and maintaining marketing materials.
- Project management: Manage project workflows, timelines and deliverables within project management tools like Wrike and Jira, ensuring projects stay on track and deadlines are met.
- Content refresh: Collaborate with internal teams and business partners to audit, update and improve existing content on Geotab.com and other marketing materials, including website copy, blog posts, brochures and more.
- Performance tracking & reporting: Support tracking key performance areas (KPAs) for marketing activities and assist in compiling reports to measure program and campaign effectiveness, trends, insights and identify areas for improvement.
What you'll bring to the role:
- Recent graduate or current enrollment in the fields of Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business or related fields is preferred.
- 0-1 years of experience in marketing, digital, communications or content creation is an asset.
- A creative, strategic, and flexible thinker, enthusiastic about integrated campaign marketing, learning and contributing to a collaborative team environment.
- Ability to work independently or collaboratively with agile squads and cross-functional teams.
- A self-starter, comfortable working in a highly fast-paced environment.
- Organizational, communication and project management skills.
- High attention to detail with strong critical thinking and ability to analyze information, consider multiple perspectives and make informed decisions, crucial for effective problem-solving.
- Knowledge of current B2B marketing and digital marketing trends, e.g., AI, SEO, social media and market research methods is an asset.
- Knowledge of analytics tools, content performance measurement and strategic decision-making based on results is an asset.
- Technical competence using workflow tools (e.g., Wrike, Jira), software programs (e.g., Google Sheets, Docs, Slides), AI tools (e.g., Gemini, ChatGPT, etc.) with a willingness to learn.
