You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking assistance with our products and services. Your role will encompass addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing solutions in a timely manner. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues reported by customers and guide them through solutions.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues and enhance service delivery.
  • Stay informed about product updates, features, and promotions to effectively assist customers.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Proven experience in a customer support role or similar position.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to handle challenging situations with empathy and professionalism.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and customer support tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
