The Administrative Coordinator provides routine administrative, secretarial, data entry, financial and systems assistance to the Department of Adult Medical (Clinical Coordinator, Respiratory Therapy).

Location:

Sibley Memorial Hospital

 

Day/Shift:

40 Hours /FT

Monday - Friday

 

Education: 

  • Associate degree in Business Information Systems, or health care required (or equivalent in education and direct work experience);
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

 

Experience/Requirements:

  • Kronos
  • SAP
    Healthcare preferred
  • Minimum of one year of relevant experiences in an acute care setting preferred.

Knowledge, Skills: & Abilities

  • Ability to type a minimum of 50 wpm
  • Requires computer expertise
  • Requires effective customer service and organizational skills, including ability to prioritize multiple assignments
  • Requires ability to communicate via documentation, telephone, computer and directly
  • Requires math ability
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written or oral form
