Compensation: $100,000 – $250,000/year (competitive pay + bonus opportunities)

What You’ll Do:

  • Structure deals that maximize profitability while ensuring a great customer experience

  • Manage financing, titling, and registration with accuracy and efficiency

  • Submit deals to lenders, make informed credit decisions, and secure approvals

  • Stay compliant with all local, state, and federal regulations

  • Prepare and finalize contracts while ensuring all deal packages are complete

  • Audit post-sale deals and facilitate funding in a timely manner

  • Continuously grow your knowledge to stay ahead in the industry

What We’re Looking For:

  • Honest, driven, and motivated to succeed with a team-first attitude

  • Strong knowledge of dealership finance & insurance processes

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Professional appearance and approach

  • Tech-savvy with dealership software and online tools

  • Valid driver’s license
