Compensation: $100,000 – $250,000/year (competitive pay + bonus opportunities)

What You’ll Do:
Structure deals that maximize profitability while ensuring a great customer experience
Manage financing, titling, and registration with accuracy and efficiency
Submit deals to lenders, make informed credit decisions, and secure approvals
Stay compliant with all local, state, and federal regulations
Prepare and finalize contracts while ensuring all deal packages are complete
Audit post-sale deals and facilitate funding in a timely manner
Continuously grow your knowledge to stay ahead in the industry
What We’re Looking For:
Honest, driven, and motivated to succeed with a team-first attitude
Strong knowledge of dealership finance & insurance processes
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Professional appearance and approach
Tech-savvy with dealership software and online tools
Valid driver’s license
