Responsibilties:
Assists in configuring and maintaining UCM systems, MS Teams and O365, troubleshoots user issues, and performs basic system administration tasks. Video Conferencing Services:
- Implementation and support of video conferencing platforms for virtual meetings and collaboration.
- Integration with other collaboration tools and platforms.
Unified Communications:
- Deployment and management of unified communication systems that integrate voice, video, messaging, and presence information.
- Ensuring seamless communication across different channels.
Audio-Visual Integration:
- Designing, installing, and maintaining audio-visual systems for conference rooms, auditoriums, and other spaces.
- Integrating projectors, displays, sound systems, microphones, and control systems.
Webinars and Online Events:
- Providing services for hosting webinars and online events, including platform selection, setup, and technical support.
- Integrating registration systems and ensuring a smooth user experience.
Live Streaming Services:
- Setting up and managing live streaming solutions for events, conferences, and other live broadcasts.

Digital Signage:
