  1. About MBRDI:
    Mercedes-Benz Research and Development India (MBRDI), headquartered in Bengaluru with a satellite office in Pune, is the largest R&D center for Mercedes-Benz Group AG outside of Germany.   2. Key Responsibilities:
    • Determine quantity and capacity requirements for new projects and model updates using strategic production planning figures
    • Develop demand forecasts at multiple levels based on historical data, market trends, and planning parameters
    • Analyze sales, stock, and other data statistics to support production planning and supply chain decisions
    • Manage end-to-end supply chain processes, including material demand planning, procurement, and order management
    • Collaborate across functions for effective program planning, supplier management, and sales/logistics coordination
    • Support sales order processing, supply chain strategy, and production documentation
    • Drive improvements in forecasting, planning accuracy, and overall operational efficiency

  3. Required Skills and Experience:
    • Experience in demand planning, production planning, and supply chain management
    • Understanding of supplier collaboration and program planning in a manufacturing setup
    • Familiarity with SAP (Dialog, KBM), PLM tools, and related systems
    • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking abilities
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills
    • Self-motivated with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes
    • Knowledge of German language is desirable


Educational Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Automobile, or Industrial Engineering

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have):
• Experience working with international teams or global supply chain setups
• Exposure to Mercedes-Benz/Daimler systems or production planning environments
