What to expect:
Martin Marietta is seeking a Foreman to join our team. This individual will be responsible for safely and efficiently supervising onsite operational activities which may include pit and/or plant production (secondary processing plant), plant maintenance, and mobile equipment operations. Additionally, the foreman is responsible for providing leadership to hourly workforce to ensure safe and efficient production, maintenance, and customer service.

·andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;Have 2+ years' experience in aggregate operations with understanding of mineral processing equipment such as crushers, screens, conveyors, and associated mobile equipment
·andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;Have a minimum 1-year of supervisory experience in a mining environment
·andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;Possess excellent time management skills; ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks; strong planning skills
·andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;Are Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
