We Are Looking For 

The Compliance Associate is responsible for ensuring that all customer interactions and processes adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and customer-specific requirements. This role plays a pivotal part in maintaining high standards of compliance across customer operations, ensuring that all products and services meet legal and contractual obligations. The Compliance Associate will work closely with the customer service, legal, and sales teams to ensure seamless integration of compliance requirements into customer-facing programs, fostering strong customer relationships while safeguarding the company's reputation and regulatory standing.


What You'll Do (Responsibilities)

  • Support sales and customer requests by receiving, tracking and processing the following types of surveys and questionnaires
  • QMS Audit surveys
  • Risk Assessment surveys 
  • Obsolescence
  • Representation and Certifications surveys (Reps and Certs) 
  • Capability surveys 
  • Small Business Subcontracting Plans
  • Impact Surveys 
  • Slavery and Human Trafficking surveys
  • C-TPAT/Facility Security 
  • Environmental Surveys (ESG) 
  • Export documents, including USMCA and Country of Origin
  • Non-Disclosure Agreements/ Proprietary Information Agreements 
  • Terms and Conditions, Sales Agreements, LTA’s 
  • DFAR certs


What You Bring (Qualifications & Skills):

  • Proven experience in customer service, compliance, or account management, with a solid understanding of regulatory requirements
  • Previous experience in industries such as aerospace, manufacturing, or healthcare is highly desirable
  • In-depth understanding of industry regulations, compliance standards, and customer-specific requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer relations
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills for managing compliance documentation
  • Ability to identify potential risks and implement corrective actions effectively
  • Experience with compliance management systems or tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, etc.)
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities, with a proactive approach to managing customer compliance
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with legal, operations, and sales teams to resolve compliance issues
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple customer accounts simultaneously

Special Requirements:

  • U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (Green Card holder) or asylee/refugee status as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) required. 
  • ITAR requirement
  • 120.15. Some positions will require current U.S. Citizenship due to contract requirements.
