A day in the life: 

As a Warehouse Supervisor at Monster Energy, you'll be at the heart of our dynamic operations, overseeing and energizing the team responsible for the seamless flow of our iconic products. Your role will be to lead and inspire the crew in the thrilling tasks of materials movement and handling, ensuring that every Monster Energy drink is received, loaded, and unloaded with precision and speed. You'll be the driving force behind transporting, stacking, and order filling, making sure our products are shipped out to eager fans worldwide. Your leadership will maintain stock levels to power up storerooms and warehouses, fueling the excitement of Monster Energy enthusiasts everywhere. The impact you'll make: 

• Assist with design and implementation of work methods and operational procedures for activities, such as verification of incoming and outgoing shipments, handling and disposition of materials, and keeping warehouse inventory current.
• Review shipping or receiving orders and requests for movement of materials and products. Manage inventory accuracy through monitoring daily warehouse activities, cycle counts, stock takes and audits to verify results.
•  Develop work schedules and assigns work to subordinates. Supervise staff, manage workload and provide effective guidance and direction. May train, evaluate employee performance, and recommend or initiate promotions, transfers,
  and disciplinary action.
• Review work processes, recommend measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and quality of product or service, and suggest changes in working conditions to increase efficiency.
• Provide leadership support by establishing clear expectations and demonstrating high standards of work practices and safety conscious behavior.
• Communicate with other shift supervisor and warehouse manager regarding the progress of the shift and any outstanding issues.
• Keeps accurate records, and prepares and submits required paperwork

Who you are: 

• Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of -- Business Administration, or related field of study
• Additional Experience Desired: Between 3-5 years of experience in Warehouse supervisor role
• Computer Skills Desired: Proficiency with Microsoft Office. SAP experience preferred
• Preferred Certifications: OSHA Forklift Certification a plus

This position has an annual estimated salary of $80,000 - $87,306. The actual pay may vary depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.
