Your Tasks
- Lead and technically manage 5–8 employees in the aircraft assembly line (systems integration)
- Support the team leader in personnel management (workforce planning, evaluations, onboarding, team development)
- Perform assembly tasks, system tests, troubleshooting, and corrective actions during system integration as well as conducting quality checks in system integration
- Ensure timely execution of production orders in line with quality and safety standards.
- Drive production and quality improvements, including conducting quality checks
- Contribute to projects/sub-projects and provide regular reporting to the team leader
With this you convince us
- Completed vocational training and extensive experience (>5 years) in aircraft assembly/system integration
- Strong knowledge of processes and procedures in system integration; skilled in troubleshooting
- Proficiency in English, at least B2 level, German is an advantage – please submit your application in English
- Solid Microsoft Office skills, SAP knowledge is a plus
- High commitment, flexibility, responsibility awareness, and goal-oriented working style
- Strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills with integrity and customer focus
- Important: The position is based in Stans, Switzerland, with a minimum commitment of three years, with option to proceed your career in Pilatus Ibérica, Sevilla
