The PRPL Office Coordinator is the essential glue that holds our day-to-day office management and team culture together. This individual is responsible for managing the day-to-day general administration needs of the business
(located in downtown Orlando) and providing direct support to the Owner, CEO, and VP of People. You are the go-to person for errands, general office tasks, and responsibilities, which may include managing shipments, keeping equipment inventory, shopping, delivering anniversary/client gifts, scheduling appointments, and facilitating virtual and in-person events. You have a natural ability to connect with others and are able to work with leadership teams and production teams alike. Your primary goal is to help facilitate smooth, streamlined day-to-day operations and to help cultivate a warm, engaging culture among our team.
Reports To: CEO Rich Wahl
This position is requires onsite work at PRPL’s HQ in Orlando, FL.
PRPL Responsibilities
- Understand, encourage, and promote the agency’s culture and core values of Commit, Explore, and Do Great Work
- Facilitate a strong culture through coordinating employee swag/gifts,
and highlighting birthdays and anniversaries- Oversee Kudoboards for employee birthdays
- Coordinate deliveries for employee anniversaries
- Work closely with the Leadership team on special planning, cultural, and departmental projects
- Support the PMO team through the facilitation/packaging/mailing of client gifts, etc.
- Support department managers through the facilitation of team events, outings, and experiences using their Departmental Happiness Budgets
- Coordinate, manage, deliver, and collect all employee equipment
- Keep the office clean and tidy
- Order and manage all office supplies
- Package and send Swag boxes to new hires and/or gifts to clients and employees
- Act as the host and greeter for team/client meetings and coordinate food/drinks
- Manage internal
communications, including weekly video/text announcements - Plan and facilitate companywide virtual and in person events and initiatives. May include volunteer events, parties, etc.
- Create and manage weekly slack activities/engagement
(example: fun channel discussions, PRPL wellness Wednesday tips, etc). - Order and inventory print collateral, brand swag, etc.
- Packaging and sending Swag boxes to new hires.
- Other miscellaneous tasks as requested
Qualifications

- Must be local to the Orlando area and have reliable transportation
In Office Hours 3-4 Half Days per week After-hours for company events
(volunteer, get-togethers, etc) may be requested from time to time.
