Position Purpose

The position is responsible for supporting the daily operations associated with credit, debit, ATM cards and related payment services along with supporting ongoing card related portfolio growth, enhancements, and projects. This role is the primary point of support for both member and internal team member support to ensure smooth operations, great payment experiences, and continuous improvement across card services.

 

Essential Duties

  • Professionally assists members by chat, text, email, and
  • Troubleshoot issues and find resolution for card transactions, mobile wallets, and other payment related experiences.
  • Serve as an internal subject matter expert on card and payment related inquiries.
  • Issues new and replacement Debit, ATM, and Credit
  • Maintains card account records including third party
  • Assist with the implementation of new card features, enhancements, and other payment experience changes.
  • Review and take action on daily reports and events related to card activity, exceptions, fraud alerts, and escalate as needed.
  • Supports branch instant issue program, plastic stock needs, and prepaid card programs.
  • Support and measure campaigns that promote card usage, adoption, and engagement.
  • Requests and communicates needs and concerns to vendors as
  • Assists with processing disputes, lost/stolen cards, adjustments, and other card related
  • Enter travel notices and other card-related notes and
  • Support projects and initiatives that enhance efficiency, security, and member satisfaction.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Education/Experience

  • High School graduate or equivalent
  • One or more years of similar or related experience preferred

Skills/Abilities

  • Must be detail
  • Ability to prioritize workload according to member impact and
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Strong analytical skills and problem solving
  • Experience using computers including internet browsers, MS office products,
  • Must be willing to maintain a work schedule determined by the needs of the department and a willingness to adapt.
  • Ability to work within a collaborative team
