Hybrid Part Time - Maintenance chez Cinema West

Description

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing maintenance and other duties to assure the preservation and upkeep of the building, fixtures, equipment, and all areas in the theater.

• Inspects the building, grounds, and equipment
• Handles necessary repairs and maintenance
• Maintains and cleans areas both inside and the outside of theater
• May install equipment and appliances
• Follows local and state building codes
• Complies with all company and state safety regulations
• Keeps a maintenance log and writes shift reports
• Reports any issues to managers and General Manager
• Responds to repair and maintenance requests in a timely fashion
• Follows written and verbal instructions from the managers and General Manager
• Reads and follows manuals, blueprints, and/or other written instructions
• Uses equipment, including power tools, hand tools, electric tools, and plumbing tools

Requirements

• Handles the physical demands of the job, including standing, bending, pulling, pushing, climbing, and lifting at least 50 pounds.
• Communicates effectively
• Speaking multiple languages is preferred.
• Working earlier in the morning to complete tasks before the theater opens
