Remote Education Analyst chez Principal Financial Group

What You'll Do:

Partner with client service teams in delivering retirement educational solutions to large market clients including education meetings (onsite and virtual), education plan creation/fulfillment and metrics/analysis. 

• Coordinate all education meetings (onsite and virtual) including deployment of resources, creation of custom meeting materials, meeting preparation, and post meeting analysis.
• Consult with Relationship Manager and/or Education Strategist to create annual education plan for assigned and unassigned clients applying consulting and strategic skills.
• Partner to fulfill education plan deliverables on a monthly/quarterly basis including topic selection, compliance review, meeting material coordination, and provide meeting results.
• Participate in meetings with clients, advisors/consultants, and internal business partners representing Principal Financial Group.
• Perform other job-related duties and special projects.

Who You Are:

• 2 years of related work experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, or education
• Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
• Required skills include strong decision making and problem solving skills, excellent oral and written communication (including customer service telephone experience),and outstanding organizational and time management skills
• Must be a self- starter who can work independently
• Must be able to understand and explain technical, marketing, and administrative aspects of a variety of products at both the employer and employee levels
• Excellent reading comprehension, analytical, and interpretation skills necessary

Salary Range Information:Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.Salary Range:$45900 - $82800 / yearTime Off Program:Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees don’t accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided.Pension Eligible:YesAdditional Information:

Work Environment

This role offers in-office, hybrid (blending at least three office days in a typical workweek), and remote work arrangements (only if residing more than 30 miles from Des Moines, IA, or Charlotte, NC). You’ll work with your leader to figure out which option may align best based on several factors.
