- Provide first- and second-level support to end users by responding to incidents and requests in a timely manner, provide regular status updates, and track changes using approved software.
- Troubleshoot issues related to Microsoft Windows and assorted Microsoft 365 applications, including, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Exchange Online.
- Assist in the administration of basic Azure tasks, such as managing Azure AD users and groups.
- Perform routine server and infrastructure support, including monitoring, patching, and backing up of data.
- Maintain accurate inventory of IT assets and document technical procedures.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate senior IT team members or vendors while maintaining responsibility for tracking and communication.
- Install, configure, deploy, test, and maintain workstations, IT equipment, and software or applications.
- Maintain and update workstation and application software as needed.
- Participate in office IT moves, new user setups, and endpoint lifecycle management.
- Perform additional IT support duties as assigned.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant IT experience in IT support or help desk role
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or related field is preferred
- CompTIA A+, Microsoft Fundamentals, AZ-900 certification(s) is preferred, but not required
- Solid foundational knowledge of IT systems including Microsoft 365, Windows operating systems, basic networking concepts
- Experience with endpoint management tools (Intune, SCCM, etc.)
- Some server level experience Is preferred
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure Active Directory
- Knowledge of server technologies (Windows server, Linux Ubuntu, etc.)
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with all levels of the organization
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Proven troubleshooting skills and an attention to detail
- Ability to work on-call and other after-hours support if needed
- SharePoint Administration and PowerApps experience is a plus
