Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and new clients.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, issues, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Understand client needs and objectives, and propose appropriate solutions and services.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) to ensure smooth execution of client deliverables.
- Monitor client satisfaction through regular check-ins, meetings, and feedback sessions.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products/services to existing clients.
- Maintain accurate client records and communication logs in CRM software.
- Handle client escalations with efficiency and empathy, ensuring a positive resolution.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in client servicing, relationship management, or customer success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- A positive attitude, team spirit, and customer-first mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Prior experience in industries such as marketing, hospitality, IT services, or B2B services is a plus.
- Fluent in English and Hindi (written and spoken).
