Recruitment Marketing Coordinator
The Recruitment Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in helping PPC Partners attract and engage top talent by managing our employer brand presence, supporting recruitment marketing campaigns, and sourcing qualified candidates. This role blends creativity with strategy—driving visibility of our opportunities in the marketplace while also identifying and engaging passive candidates for critical roles.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Marketing & Branding
- Develop, execute, and track recruitment marketing campaigns across job boards, social media, and digital platforms.
- Partner with recruiters to create compelling job postings, career content, and outreach messaging.
- Manage company presence on external job boards and career sites, ensuring accuracy and optimization.
- Support the design of recruiting materials such as handouts, referral program campaigns, and digital collateral.
- Coordinate with internal communications to highlight career opportunities and employee success stories.
Qualifications & Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment marketing, talent acquisition coordination, or related HR/marketing support role.
- Familiarity with job boards, social media platforms, and applicant tracking systems.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Creative thinker with an eye for branding and candidate experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
