Your role in our team

 

  • You will coordinate with the Project Manager to align material release milestones with overall project timelines.
  • You will collaborate with the Installation team to understand the material delivery sequence and establish "ready-to-ship" schedules for both internal factories and external suppliers.
  • You will work closely with the Engineering team to ensure timely finalization of the Project BOM.
  • You will validate material delivery sequences and dates with the Installation team to ensure alignment with installation plans.
  • You will verify the accuracy of the Project BOM; regularly track and monitor BOM integrity.
  • You will monitor the timeliness of BOM releases; track delays and provide weekly reports to Engineering and Project Management.
  • You will ensure all release documentation—including release notes, handover documents, and configuration logs—is complete and accurate.
  • You will work with Project Order Configuration management to ensure of BOM material are aligned to project requirement.
  • You will escalate project material release risks to Project Managers on a weekly basis.
  • You will for new product development projects, ensure the product release schedule is integrated into the overall project timeline.
  • You will coordinate with Engineering to ensure the Recommended Spare Parts List is defined, released on time, and included as a project deliverable.
  • You will participate in cross-functional meetings to align on scope, schedules, and any potential impacts to project execution.
  • You will support the Installation team with resolving material shortages, expediting needs, and addressing availability issues.
  • You will maintain detailed records of material release activities for compliance and audit purposes.
  • You will travel as required to support on-site release activities and customer implementations.
  • You will ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and customer expectations.
  • You will perform additional duties as assigned to support successful installation and service execution.

 

Your profile 

 

  • You have working knowledge and experience on Product and project Bom structure.
  • You have engineering knowledge on Product Structure Management.
  • You have strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail.
  • You have ability to manage multiple concurrent release schedules across teams.
  • You have clear and professional communication with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • You have basic technical aptitude in reading plans, understanding automation workflows, or working with production documentation.
  • You have familiarity with production environments in logistics, automation, or manufacturing is a plus.
  • You have strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
  • You have proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams).
  • You have proficiency in SAP
  • You have experience working in cross-functional teams and fast-paced environments.
  • You have must be able to pass a background check.
  • You have 2–5 years of experience in production operations, logistics coordination, release management, or related fields.
  • You have experience in parcel logistics, warehouse automation, or industrial operations preferred.Engineering Degree and Knowledge Product Structure Management.
