Your role in our team

 

  • You will coordinate and expedite materials based on project and delivery requirements.
  • You will monitor supplier shipments and follow up to confirm status, delivery dates, and resolve issues.
  • You will collaborate with internal stakeholders such as supply chain, production, and logistics teams to identify material needs and delays.
  • You will confer with project teams to assess progress of work and determine delivery priorities.
  • You will track and maintain detailed records of order status, costs, inventory levels, and delivery timelines.
  • You will escalate potential delivery risks or supply constraints to management in a timely manner.
  • You will streamline interdepartmental material communication and processes.
  • You will maintain and update internal tracking tools or systems to support reporting.
  • You will monitor and support adherence to project schedules and customer deadlines.
  • You will support documentation and reporting related to material flow and logistics performance.

Your profile

 

  • You have experience in material expediting, supply chain, or logistics coordination.
  • You have strong understanding of production scheduling, inventory management, and procurement processes.
  • You have proficency in ERP or inventory systems (e.g., SAP) and Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • You have excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • You have strong communication skills to coordinate with internal departments and external vendors.
  • You have analytical skills to assess production data, identify risks, and propose solutions.
  • You have ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • You have familiarity with warehouse operations, shipping/receiving, and logistics tracking.
  • You have a High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • You have an Associate degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field preferred.
  • You have 2–5 years of experience in logistics coordination, production operations, or material expediting.
  • You have experience in industrial, warehouse, or manufacturing environments preferred.
