Description
Sales Managers will partner closely with their teams of Brand Ambassadors to accelerate business growth while delivering outstanding leadership and support. In this role, you will act as a strategic coach – providing tailored training, tracking key performance metrics, and offering actionable insights to hep Ambassadors hit their target goals. Sales Managers will drive engagement through regular one-on-ones, group trainings, and recognition initiatives, all in service of our mission to uplift, empower, and validate our community.
Essential Job Functions:
- Strategic Sales Leadership: Coach assigned Ambassadors to hit PRS, sponsoring, and Fast Start goals; build simple, repeatable growth plans.
- Ambassador Success Management: Maintain a proactive cadence (1:1s, group calls); communicate updates, incentives, and promotions.
- Recruiting & Pipeline: Run bi-weekly opportunity calls; track lead flow and conversions; equip teams with outreach and follow-up scripts.
- Onboarding Touchpoints: Conduct a monthly Welcome to Younique call and hold 1:1 milestone calls with Ambassadors as they reach Fast Start checkpoints (FS1-FS3) to celebrate wins and reinforce next steps.
- Performance Monitoring & Forecasting: Track KPIs (PRS, sponsoring, FS progress, retention); forecast monthly results; course-correct with action plans.
- Retention & Reactivation: Identify churn risk; run re-engagement plays; partner with leaders to stabilize and grow key teams.
- Training and Enablement: Deliver weekly micro-trainings (product, Y-App, social selling); publish playbooks, calendars, and challenge kits.
- Recognition & Incentives: Implement recognition and team challenges, celebrate wins publicly; ensure budget adherence.
- Community Engagement (targeted): Engage team chats/groups to drive attendance, activity, and conversion – not broad corporate channel monitoring.
- Event Ownership: Plan and lead monthly kickoffs and opportunity sessions with clear attendance and conversion – not broad corporate channel monitoring.

- Project & Issue Management: Drive cross -functional initiatives, escalate systemic issues via defined channels; track resolutions.
- Document & Systems Hygiene: Keep CRM/notes current to enable reporting, coverage, and leadership visibility.
- Live the Younique Mission: Model and promote Younique’s mission to uplift, empower, and validate in every interaction – leading with professionalism, inclusivity, and ethical selling practices.
- Event Attendance & Support: Attend and actively support corporate and field events (kickoff, trainings, roadshows, Convention), including pre-event promotion and post-event follow-through (recaps, action plans).
- Director of Sales Support: Assist the Director of Sales with planning, reporting, and strategic initiatives; provide weekly performance insights, prepare materials, and act as a delegate when requested.
Requirements
- 3+ Years of Account Management or Customer Support experience.
- Ability to communicate clearly in person and in written form.
- Must be able to speak, read and write in the assigned language.
- Maintain high attention to detail.
- Proactively identify and resolve issues.
- Work effectively in team settings and individually.
- Possess a thorough understanding of the pay plan.
- Demonstrate outstanding customer experience skills.
