Your opportunity
As an Infrastructure & Cloud Engineer, you’ll be reporting to the IT Infrastructure & Service Delivery Manager. Your role will be to design, build, and migrate infrastructure and cloud technologies ensuring the highest possible levels of security, reliability, availability, and value. Working side by side with people who go the extra mile, you’ll also love the feeling of helping those who need us. Here’s how you’ll do it:
- Administer Autopilot, Intune and Microsoft Configuration Manager / SCCM
- Packaging of applications and their deployment into the environment
- Migration of applications and platform from SCCM to Intune
- Administer Windows/Linux servers, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy, where required
- Administer Active Directory (AD), Entra ID, group policies, and Azure AD Connect, where required
- Administration of Azure AD identity management, including users, traditional groups (security and distribution), Office 365 dynamic groups, guest users, app registrations, and access control for enterprise applications
- Lead and/or assist in the preparation of Disaster Recovery plans and testing for technologies within the remit of the role
- Ensure value is driven from technology platforms and opportunities for cost optimisation are identified, reported, and executed

- Systems are well documented, and documentation is maintained
- Provide training on specialist technologies/processes/procedures to key stakeholders and fellow engineers
- All changes to systems follow the Hearing Australia’s governance processes
- Risks are escalated early and managed through mitigation and resolve
