Stipend NTE: 7.5% - $4,402.00

QUALIFICATIONS: • Previous coaching experience in Varsity Volleyball at the high school level or above preferred. • Participation in Volleyball at high school level or above preferred. • Ability to successfully manage a Volleyball program within the established philosophy of the athletic department, school, district, and C.I.F. • Knowledge of C.I.F. Blue Book Constitution and By-Laws. • Demonstrate the ability to provide leadership and organization for all levels of a successful high school Volleyball program. • Knowledge and experience in regard to Volleyball coaching techniques and evidence of the ability to convey effectively those techniques to young student athletes. • Ability to demonstrate leadership of a successful Volleyball program. • Possess and will provide a valid CPR/First Aid Certificate from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association. • Possess and will provide a valid completion certificate of NFHS/Concussion in Sports Class Training through http://www.nfhslearn.com. • Possess and will provide a valid completion certificate of NFHS/Sudden Cardiac Arrest training through http://www.nfhslearn.com. • Possess and will provide a completion certificate of NFHS/Fundamentals of Coaching training through http://www.nfhslearn.com. • Possess and will provide a completion certificate of NFHS/Heat Illness Prevention training through http://www.nfhslearn.com. • Possess and will provide a current Mantoux, PPD or TST TB test results. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Acting as a liaison between the school and the community to promote a positive image for the program. • Organization and scheduling of practices and games for all levels. • Organization of summer camp(s) and off-season program. • Fundraising. • Implementation of the “Pursuing Victory with Honor” component within the Volleyball program. • Start Date: ASAP
