Key Responsibilities:
- Process and pay vendor invoices in a timely manner
- Prepare and make check and electronic deposits
- Assist with monthly bank reconciliations
- Maintain accurate financial records and files
- Support the finance team with data entry and expense tracking
- Assist in month-end close activities as needed
- Respond to internal and vendor inquiries regarding payments
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 0–2 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience (internships in these areas are considered relevant experience)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Familiarity with SAP Concur or similar expense management systems
- Exposure to mortgage lending or financial services industry
- Knowledge of basic GAAP accounting principles

This is an onsite position at our corporate location in Brookfield WI
This is an hourly, non-exempt position with a range of $21.00 to $26.00 per hour
