Communicate and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and concise information exchange.
Provide high-quality and responsive support to internal teams and external partners. This includes coordinating issue resolution and managing daily operational requests for Codashop/Custom Commerce, such as new product launches, product detail maintenance, and promotional activities.
Partner closely with internal stakeholders (Product, Engineering, Marketing, Commercial, Pricing, and Support teams) to ensure all requests are processed efficiently and on time.
Support external publishers with their daily operational requests.
Prepare comprehensive reports and analyses to inform team strategies and decisions.
Create and maintain up-to-date documentation and processes to ensure operational efficiency and knowledge sharing.
Contribute to the team's success by performing other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Minimum of 1+ years of experience in e-commerce operations.
Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) is a significant plus.
Basic understanding of HTML, Scripting languages, or Python.
Computer literate with foundational familiarity in programming or markup language syntax.
Proactive and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
A strong project management orientation, including the ability to proactively identify and address potential issues before they escalate, and effectively facilitate discussions with relevant stakeholders to find solutions.
Willingness to work in shifts.
Able to understand and communicate in English for daily work interactions.
