We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Marketing Operations Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in optimizing marketing processes, managing our marketing technology stack (especially HubSpot), and ensuring alignment between marketing, business development, and sales. You will also explore and recommend new AI tools to improve marketing efficiency and effectiveness, while supporting regional marketers in the execution of integrated campaigns.

Your Responsibilities

Marketing Technology Management
  • Administer and optimize the marketing technology stack, primarily HubSpot.
  • Maintain and improve marketing automation workflows, lead scoring models, and campaign tracking.
  • Identify, evaluate, and implement new (AI) tools to improve processes and productivity.
Process Optimization
  • Review and improve marketing workflows, identifying inefficiencies across the team.
  • Collaborate with sales and business development to ensure alignment and seamless handovers.
Data Management & Analysis
  • Ensure marketing and lead data is accurate, complete, and consistent across all tools.
  • Maintain and monitor data integrations between platforms, ensuring smooth data flows.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR).
  • Analyze campaign and lead data to measure impact and recommend optimizations.
Campaign Coordination & Execution
  • Support regional teams in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Manage campaign setup, audience segmentation, and performance tracking in HubSpot and related tools (e.g., Looker Studio).
  • Oversee lead nurturing workflows and content distribution.

Your Experience

  • 3+ years in marketing operations, marketing technology, or a similar role.
  • Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot; familiarity with platforms like Salesforce or Marketo is a plus.
  • Proficient with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and basic HTML.
  • Solid understanding of marketing automation, lead lifecycle, and CRM processes.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience integrating AI tools into marketing workflows is a plus.
  • Excellent project management, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
  • Detail-oriented, collaborative, and an effective communicator.
