We are looking for a full-time Patient Coordinator to join our experienced team at Skin Rejuvenation Clinic in Edina, MN.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for collaboration and a commitment to helping patients achieve their goals. A strong enthusiasm for the aesthetic industry, a willingness to learn and undergo training, and a desire to grow with our team are essential.
Schedule:
- Full-time, 5 days/week, 40 hours/week
- M, T, W, F 9:30-5:30 and Th 11:30-7:30
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for patient check-in, greeting each patient in a pleasant and professional manner.
- Tracks patients in the reception area and communicates with them as needed.
- Evaluates chart data to verify that all information has been received and completed
- Ensures that proper authorization and consents are completed prior to all services.
- Enters all new patient demographic information into the computer.
- Puts charts in bin for specific service provider.
- Marks arrival time of patients in office and makes sure that patients are seen on time.
- Processes patients at conclusion of visit.
- Engages the patient and inquires about their satisfaction with the service. Reviews fee sheets for correct charges; enters information into the computer.
- Ensures patients understand their treatment and products; provides any special instructions to patients upon leaving.
- Ensures the patient understands the doctor’s instructions.
- Pre-book future appointments
- Explains all fees and patient financial responsibility.
- Verifies patient insurance and address information.
- Secures all necessary patient signatures; obtains proper informed consent and insurance authorization.
- Collects fee for services. • Ensures patient satisfaction.
- Schedules appointments as needed
- Converts calls from inquiry to consultation • Places telephone calls to new patients to confirm upcoming appointments and verifies information required of the patient at the time of appointment.
- Places telephone calls to no-show appointments; reschedules as needed.
- Provides back-up support on telephones. •
- Inspects reception room for neatness.
- Enters loyalty program points • Makes appointments on an as-needed basis.
- Maintains updated billing procedures. • Performs other duties as required.
- Assists other front office personnel as needed.
- Provide product consultation and education for patients
- Achieve product knowledge for each of the product lines, including ingredients
