SUMMARY: 


Zydus Pharmaceuticals (USA) Inc. is seeking a candidate with in-depth understanding of the pharmaceutical supply chain process with exceptional analytical skills and a strong business acumen. They use interpersonal and problem-solving skills to gather information from different departments to recommend ways of improving the supply chain. Supply Chain Analyst will be responsible for procurement of materials, consensus demand plan, inventory planning, and management of finished goods and logistics coordination along with understanding and responding to customer query as per DSCSA guidelines. The position will report directly to the Director, Supply Chain & Logistics. RESPONSIBILITIES: 


• Prepared inventory reports using demand files and provided regular updates to Sales & Marketing (S&M) and Trade Operations teams.

• Coordinate with 3PL warehouses for product releases and prioritized shipment appointments in collaboration with freight forwarders.

• Managed inbound logistics activities in SAP, including GRN (Goods Receipt Note) posting and PO issuance to Zydus affiliates and CMOs.

• Create and perform analysis of back-order reports and communicate to cross functional team and led regular back-order review meetings.

• Tracking critical product shipments in close collaboration with freight forwarders and 3PL team to ensure timely product activation for further sales distribution.

• Provided air and sea shipment mode planning to logistics teams for ZLL-India based on product priority and lead time considerations.

• Prepare and support for all month end processes including GRN and Inventory reconciliation, create open order report, MPRM data, air & sea ratio, YTD write off value, Inventory with expiry report and last lot expiry report along with RCA data analysis.

• Review and approve broker invoices daily in collaboration with the GSS team.

• Collaborating with trade and operation and 3PL team for return lots. 

• Worked closely with 3PL warehouses to address and resolve inbound shipment serialization issues.

• Performed additional duties as assigned to support business continuity and operational efficiency.


Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS – SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS: 


• Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner both verbally and in writing.

• Ability to utilize ERP information and analyze results.

• Strong computer skills, including strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) is required.

• Ability to handle multiple priorities with short timelines.

• Desire to work in a collaborative team environment.

• Extremely strong accuracy and attention to detail.

• Experience in SAP tools will be added advantage.

• Experience in SAP tool will be added advantage


EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: 


• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Finance, Business Administration, Management, or related business major. 

• Requires a minimum of 2 to 5 years’ experience as a data analyst in the field of Supply chain / Pharmaceutical industry
