We are an inbound call center searching for self-motivated, high-performing individuals with a desire to challenge themselves and become leaders in mobile sales.
How will you do that?
We provide customers with access to cellular service through Swift Mobile Group. With Swift, customers get access to unlimited talk, text, and 5G data and fast download speeds. All at a fraction of the cost of most providers.
This creates an opportunity for you to connect customers with an affordable cellular plan. This will include reviewing plan options, setting up accounts, and collecting payments.
Qualified candidates should be able to carry a conversation with customers while navigating sales scripts and computer applications. All while maintaining integrity during each call to ensure the customer is properly informed of the terms and conditions of the services we provide.

Top Candidates should have:
1-3 years of wireless sales experience
Other sales experience and/or call center environment experience preferred but not required
Must be at least 18 years of age
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
A customer-focused approach
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time
Ability to read and type while navigating company software and systems with multiple tabs/windows
Motivation, and desire to achieve powered by YOU!
Pay: $16/HR plus commission + $5.00 per sale
Available Schedule/Shift:
9am to 6pm Monday - Friday with occasional Saturdays
11am to 8pm Monday - Friday with occasional Saturdays
