Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a primary or supporting point of contact for client accounts, maintaining strong knowledge of clients’ businesses.

  • Own working relationships with client teams, managing expectations and deliverables.

  • Guide internal team on the development of strategic and tactical media plans

  • Develop strategic media plans based on execution strategy, rationale and key objectives to deliver on campaign goals.

  • Explore and evaluate new media opportunities and determine how they fit within client business objectives and budgets

  • Work with Ad Operations team to align on KPIs. campaign implementation, and testing strategies for cross-channel digital campaigns.

  • Lead and support on the creation of campaign reports and communication of insights to clients.

  • Promote collaboration and responsiveness while maintaining a level-headed perspective.

Strategic Expectations:

  • Be a problem solver, without having a fear of asking for help and/or guidance.

  • Grow existing accounts by cultivating new relationships across multiple lines of business.

  • Stay up to date on digital media trends and new opportunities that can be leveraged to enhance new or upcoming campaigns.

  • Uphold overall agency processes and best practices to support internal efficiency, ensure quality, and meet timelines — while also identifying opportunities for growth and innovation.

  • Deliver exceptional customer success, working with the senior client success leads and Account Directors to review customer satisfaction and create opportunities for growth & improvement.

Skills and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • 4+ years of digital media planning and client account management experience

  • In-depth understanding of paid media concepts, key terms, and tactical investment strategies.

  • Experienced with media research platforms (e.g. Nielsen Commspoint, Vividata, ComScore, SEM Rush)

  • Experience with presentation software (e.g. Keynote, Powerpoint)

  • Excellent written and verbal communicator

  • Profound attention to detail

  • Experience working in advertising agencies or brand marketing teams
