Hybrid React Developer

Job Title: React Developer – Outside of IR35 – Market Rate

Contract: 3 months minimum

Location: Remote (monthly on-site meet-ups preferred but optional)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled React Developer to join our team for a 3-month contract. You’ll work on government projects, leading a React team and ensuring high-quality, accessible platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain user interfaces using React and TypeScript.
• Lead the React team, setting best practices (no people management involved).
• Simplify technical concepts for non-technical team members.
• Ensure the platform meets GDS accessibility standards.

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of React and TypeScript.
• Leadership skills to guide the team.
• Clear communication and ability to explain technical ideas simply.
• Understanding of GDS accessibility requirements.
• Experience with government projects (nice to have, not required).

Other Details:

• IR35 Status: Outside IR35
• Monthly on-site meet-ups (optional but preferred).
• No special security clearance required.
