CTG is seeking a certified Epic Inpatient Analyst with proven experience. Selected consultants will play a key role in supporting our client through Epic system build and support. This position is a fully remote opportunity.
Responsibilities
- Address support requests that involve general Epic analysis and support as well as some complex issues in respect to workflows and features, functions, and configuration of the Epic build.
- Demonstrate willingness to be a team player and apply application implementation best practices.
- Provide Epic application support (work tickets, service/change request, routine maintenance), while client focuses on important initiatives.
- Clear documentation of responsibilities, role-specific procedures, and any project-related requirements is expected to be maintained.
- Initial document will be created during the knowledge transfer period and maintained through the life of the engagement.
Required Skills/Experience
- Must have strong Epic build and optimization experience, with current Epic certifications in multiple modules. We are specifically seeking Analysts with certification(s) & experience in Epic ASAP and ClinDoc. Stork, Case Management, and Orders/Order Transmittals experience is a plus.
- Prior consulting experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills are required.
- Experience with entry and resolution of incident tickets, as well as support for upgrades and service requests

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $130,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
