DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The duties shall include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Full Cycle Recruitment
- Manages the recruiting process through the ATS from job description development and ad placement to communication to recruits and schools of hiring decisions.
- Reviews resumes as they are received schedule phone screens, virtual interviews
- Consult with hiring managers about which candidates may be the most worthwhile to pursue, schedule on site interviews for the hiring managers.
- Execute Offer Letters
- New Hire Onboarding
- New Hire Orientation
- Manages the administrative end of our ATS – accesses, permissions, add-on features, etc.
- Trains all Directors/Assistant Directors on our ATS
- Create and produce reports tracking recruiting efforts.
- Performs all such related and non-related duties as may be assigned from time to time.

WORKING AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Requires full range of body motion including bending, sitting, and standing through the required hour work-day.
- Requires flexibility in response to staffing needs.
- Must have strong discretionary skills to manage confidential student, parent and/or school information in accordance with company policies.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Two to five years’ experience in talent acquisition. Background in recruiting and employee relations required.
- Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and familiarity with HRIS & Payroll system
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills with the ability to initiate and maintain working relationships with all levels of staff.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Must reside in the Tri-State area (New Jersey, New York, or Connecticut) to ensure accessibility to our campuses and participation in occasional in-person leadership meetings or events.
