The Talent Operations Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative and logistical support of company-wide talent acquisition efforts.
This is an exempt, full-time, remote role open to candidates who currently reside in one of the following states: AZ, FL, GA, OR, SC, TN, TX, UT
Pay Rate: $46,000-$54,000 DOE and location

RESPONSIBILITIES (Includes other duties that may be assigned):
- Serve as the Talent team’s utility player stepping into recruitment and onboarding workflows wherever bandwidth is needed. This may include:
- Coordinate onboarding documentation and workflows including: reviewing pending employee records daily, updating records and elevating time-sensitive blockers to the appropriate team members within agreed service levels.
- Maintain data accuracy in the applicant-tracking and onboarding systems by entering and updating key fields (e.g., start dates, locations, credential status) and validating information before final submission.
- Conduct initial application reviews for entry-level clinical roles, applying standard hiring criteria, sending follow-up communications, and progressing qualified candidates in a timely manner.
- Prepare candidate data for final review by confirming all required information and documents are complete.
- Draft and issue employment offers from templates, track signature status, and complete hiring actions in the system on the day offers are accepted.
- Update talent dashboards and trackers to give real-time visibility into funnel health, interview load, and weekly hiring goals.
- Consistent auditing as assigned by supervisor.
- Uphold professionalism and confidentiality in all interpersonal interactions.
- Contribute to team projects and perform additional duties as needed to support evolving talent acquisition initiatives.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associate’s degree or equivalent units required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of six months of employment at Kyo preferred.
- Proven competence following standardized processes and completing tasks with minimal supervision.
- Exceptional organizational skills, detail orientation, and time-management ability in fast-moving environments.
- Strong interpersonal skills and comfort interacting with all organizational levels.
- High initiative, customer-service mindset, and ownership mentality—able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Minimum one year of recruiting, HR coordination, or high-volume administrative experience preferred.
- Working knowledge of talent-acquisition processes, employment-law basics, and ATS best practices preferred.
- Excellent English communication skills, verbal and written.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Meet) and other common business tools.
- Willingness to work flexible hours (occasional evenings/weekends) and collaborate across U.S. time zones.
- Reliable high-speed internet during Kyo business hours unless otherwise directed by a supervisor.
BASIC AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods, remaining in a stationary position for up to 100 percent of an eight-hour workday.
- Ability to reach with hands and arms; operate a keyboard and computer mouse; speak and hear effectively.
- Visual acuity sufficient to read and comprehend electronic and paper documents.
- Ability to read, interpret, and act on written materials (e.g., handbooks, procedures) in English.
- Ability to receive and respond to detailed information through oral communication in English.
- Ability to interact and engage professionally with others in English.
- Reliable high-speed internet and professional workspace suitable for prolonged video-conference use during Kyo business hours, unless otherwise stipulated by a supervisor based on business need.
